Wow! How hard do we work for the gospel?

He's still got it at 67

A friend that Becky works with had 4 tickets to the Neil Diamond concert last night that she was giving away. Becky snapped them up and we made a trip to Salt Lake City last night. Yep, he still has the touch after all these years. I saw Neil way back in the dark ages when I was going to BYU and have seen a few of his concerts over the years. I have to say he didn't disappoint me. I had heard that his voice was getting raspy but it sounded great to me. Our seats were on the very very top row in the highest nose bleed section but as soon as it started we moved down and then it was great. Becky recorded him singing "Coming to America" during his encore - that's what the video is. Short and pretty terrible but proof we braved the snow and freezing cold to see him. Wish I could look and act that good at 67 years old. Thanks for not disappointing and thanks to Becky's friend for a really fun evening.

Too Dog Gone Funny

The tree is up! - (with lots of help)

It was fun to decorate the tree again with little helping hands. We left off the really tempting breakable ornaments so the little ones could enjoy the tree. The plastic snowflakes look great. Camden thought the round glass balls would be great for bowling - not a good idea. And they aren't very good fetch balls for Spartan either. We have dancing all through the day with Grandpa's little dancing Santa and rocking Reindeer. The baby can really swing those hips!

It's that time of the year

Before the craziness of the season sets in (when is it not crazy?) - we want to wish you a very Merry Christmas. As you can see, I got everything I wanted for Christmas - a family picture. I had these printed today and saw that Kenny's had liked them enough to hang them on their front door. I love them! Thanks kids for getting it all together! Love ya!

It's Wild and Crazy (and Wonderful) around here

We have had soooooooo much fun having the grandkiddies around. There is always lots of action going on around here. Even Spartan gets worn out.
